Hi, I'm Jess
I’m not here to teach theories and ideas. I’m here to show you the reality, to walk you into the experience and show you what happens when you shift your frequency, when you come into coherence with what you want, and learn to receive.
Because if it’s possible for others, it most definitely is possible for you. So if you, too, feel it’s your time, I’ll see you inside!
I’ve always been fascinated by the way it seems like some are dealt a “lucky” hand and some “have to” sit on the sidelines watching others live out their dreams.
I’ve been on the sidelines... until I decided it was my time. I wasn’t going to watch and wish. Long before I really understood manifestation, I was living it - I achieved my goal of becoming a nurse and attracted a career at my dream, top ranked hospital on a specialty unit. I manifested my dream guy, had the opportunity I desired to travel the world, bought the Bay Area home and the mountain home I dreamt of, became the mother I had always wanted to be, and launched my dream business - something I envisioned for myself back in high school.
This life hasn’t all come easy, not even close.. but none of it was coincidence. It was the result of alignment, embodiment, and the energetic precision that comes when you learn how to attune yourself to what you truly desire.
For the past seven years, I’ve devoted my work to coaching others. I’ve studied energetics deeply, guided hundreds through transformation, and built a life and business grounded in high frequency.

the foundational layers
Layer 1: the recalibration
Before you can receive, you need to get clear on what you actually want and identify what programming has been running in the background. Not your conscious thoughts, but the deeply engrained ones. You'll be guided to recognize what’s been subconsciously leading the way - the inherited stories, the scarcity loops, and the patterns that keep you stuck in survival mode.
Layer 2: the reclamation
In this layer, you’ll uncover the subtle contradictions - the parts of you that want more but still grip to old beliefs, that think “I can,” yet act out of fear, it’s the part of you that desires, but doesn’t feel safe having it yet. Here we unlearn a lifetime’s worth of programming and rewire to reclaim your inherent alignment.
Layer 3: expansion & capacity
Receiving isn’t about luck, it’s about expanded capacity to hold. When we’re filled to the brim with stress, overwhelm, attachment, anxiety, and the desire to know how and when, and crave control, it puts our bodies into fight or flight, without the capacity to hold more. Here, we activate your nervous system to expand and hold more love, wealth, joy, and all that you desire.
Layer 4: embodied alignment
Intention without action is just a thought and it means nothing if it only lives in your mind. In this transmission, you’ll learn how to bring your desires into your body - into the way you move, speak, hold boundaries, and make choices, until your energy and your actions say the same thing and are in embodied alignment.
Layer 5: the frequency of receiving
When you no longer hustle for worth, your energy becomes the open invite and everything that’s meant for you begins to effortlessly arrive. This layer guides you through the art of receiving allowing you to recognize your worth and have a deep sense of self value that radiates through your being, your energy, your presence, and becomes magnetic. so you can receive with ease.
Layer 6: co-creation
Before your manifestations can arrive, you have to feel safe in what you can’t yet see. Trust is what allows energy to move, desires to land, and magic to unfold. This layer is where you learn to release control, to soften the timelines, the expectations, and the old belief that you have to earn what’s meant for you.
Layer 7: magnetic presence
This is where the work fully lands in your body. Your inner shifts move beyond thought and intention and become palpable in your presence - visible in the way you carry yourself, the confidence you exude, and the ease with which opportunities flow to you.
Layer 8: holding your frequency
This final layer teaches you how to hold expansion - to let your next level integrate, land, and stay without slipping back into old patterns. It's the maintenance piece that sets you up for success outside of this immersion.
