Motherhood changed me three times over and each time, I refined parts of myself and my life I didn't know needed change. I wanted more time with my boys, more flexibility, more adventure, and that meant shifting my body of work, but it made no sense. I worked at a top ranked hospital, on a specialty unit, worked 3 days a week, had a pension, and spent 15 years building this American Dream my immigrant parents sold me. But the golden handcuffs started feeling more like a glorified prison and I simply couldn't put the inevitable off anymore. I met so much resistance and fear, but I took the leap and it's given me so much freedom.
Welcome to The Unedited Icon: A world where you get to fully inhabit your life. Where instead of losing yourself in motherhood, you find yourself in it.
